Reconnect, Repair and find ease together.
Neurodiversity-affirming therapy for modern partnerships.
Relationships are complex, and deeply shaped by how each partner experiences the world. If anxiety, trauma, or neurodivergence are part of the picture — for one or both of you — you may need more than standard couples therapy offers.
You're not broken. Your relationship isn't doomed. You may just need support that actually sees you.
With the right tools and a space where both partners feel truly understood, couples can move from conflict and disconnection toward genuine closeness, communication that actually works, and a renewed sense of being on the same team.
How I work with couples
I integrate the Gottman Method, Somatic Experiencing, and a neurodiversity-affirming lens to support the way your nervous systems actually function together.
The Gottman Method provides an evidence-based foundation for building friendship, navigating conflict sustainably, and creating shared meaning. Somatic Experiencing brings body-based tools for the moments words aren't enough — when anxiety spikes, when shutdown happens, when fight-or-flight derails a conversation before it starts. Together, these approaches help you build safety, capacity, and genuine co-regulation.
Supporting neurodivergent couples
Navigating partnership across neurotypes brings its own unique challenges. I specialize in helping couples deepen understanding of each other's needs, untangle communication patterns built around misattunement, and find more easeful, caring ways to show up for one another.
LGBTQ+ affirming care
Every relationship deserves a space where both partners feel fully seen. My practice is queer-affirming and grounded in deep respect for your identities, pronouns, and the many forms love takes.
What you can expect
Sessions that move at your nervous system's pace, with room for verbal and non-verbal processing, stimming, silence, or movement. A therapist who sees your neurotype as a strength — and your relationship as worth fighting for.
There's no one right way to be in a partnership. There's only your way — and I'd be honored to help you walk it together.
